Doubts when making the reservation:

How do we determinate the total number of people?

Children under 2 years of age are free of charge as they will be sleeping in a cot and will not occupy an additional place. The cots are free.

Children over 2 years of age need to sleep in a regular bed and they are considered as a regular place. They must be included when counting the number of guests.

Can we be more people than the number of people registered on the booking confirmation?

It is not allowed to be more people than the number of people established in the booking confirmation. In case of being more people some of the days of your stay, you must notify it when making the reservation.

If at the end you are more people than originally planned, and the maximum capacity of the house allows it, we can update your booking and resubmit the booking confirmation with the updated number without any problem.

The accommodation's occupancy will be limited to the number of people indicated in the confirmation, including children (older than 2 years). We may prevent from going into the accommodation in case of exceeding the number of people allowed. If it is detected that during the stay there is a higher number of people than the authorized, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the house will be evicted.

In case of daytime visits, please ask for rates.

Does the house include cots or high chairs?

We do have 3 cots and 3 high chair, free of charge. If you need a cot, remember to let us know when booking or before coming to the house so we can prepare it for you.

Remember that cot's sheets are not included.

Is the final cleaning of the house included?

Upon departure, you must leave the house in the same order conditions in which you have found it and throw away any trash generated. We then do a thorough cleaning to leave it ready for the following guests.

If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we include an extra cleaning (change of sheets and towels, and bathrooms cleaning).

Can we carry our pets?

Dogs are allowed as long as they are more outside and don't climb on sofas or beds. No other type of animals are allowed.

There is a supplement of 30€ per dog and stay for additional cleaning.

When will we receive the booking confirmation?

Once the booking is checked and the payment received, a booking confirmation email/payment receipt is sent. The booking is considered confirmed once the confirmation email/payment receipt has been sent and, in no case will be considered confirmed before.

In case of any irregularity in the booking, we will refund any payment already made.

How do we pay the reservation?

At the time of making the booking a down payment must be paid, specifically the 50% of the total booking amount. If, 3 days after the pre-booking date the payment has not been received, the booking dates will be unlocked.

The remaining amount must be paid before arrival by bank transfer together with the deposit. Please remember to send us the corresponding bank receipt.

When is the deposit paid and when it is returned?

In all stays a deposit of 300/600€ is required, which must be delivered at the time of your arrival in cash in case you haven’t transferred it before.

The deposit is returned within a maximum period of 48h after the end of your stay, in order to check the correct condition of the accommodation. If the deposit has been left in cash it will be returned via bank transfer to the account number provided.

In case of damages -dirty house, trash do not thrown away, stools on the house floor or on garden grass, objects inside the pool or misuse the pool, dogs on the couch, blankets used for dogs and any other misuse of the house that represents additional cleaning hours or does not meet any of the client's obligations- we reserve the right to withhold the pertinent amount of money to cover the cost of the damages caused or the extra cleaning hours.

Can we organize a party/event/wedding?

In our house, "nightclub" parties and external music devices/loudspeakers outside the house are not allowed. Nor celebrations that involve a number of people superior to the maximum capacity of the house.

It is very important that you respect this point since we don’t have legal authorization for this kind of options and a celebration of these kind would lead to immediate eviction.

Can we visit the house before making a booking?

We can try and find a date so you can come and see the house beforehand, always when the house is not booked.

Our descriptions, photos (real and made by ourselves), plans, opinions and all the information exposed on the website correspond faithfully to the current and real situation of the house.

In addition, we show the distribution plans so that you can easily plan your stay without having to visit the house in advance.

What happens if we leave the house before the day of departure?

When the client leaves the house before the check-out date of the booking, he must pay the total amount for the remaining days.

Doubts about changes and cancellations of reservations:

What happens if we have to cancel a reservation?

If you wish to cancel your booking within the 72h since it has been done, the complete down payment will be returned.

Cancelling the booking will result in retaining the following amounts:

  • 50% of the down payment, when the booking cancellation is made more than 30 days before the accommodation check-in date.

  • 100% of the down payment, when the booking cancellation is made less than 30 days before the accommodation check-in date. In the event that the house is re-occupied for the same price, only 50% of the down payment will be retained

  • Not showing up at the house or not cancelling it at least 48h in advance of the check-in date, implies having to pay the 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of circumstances out of the client's control or due to force majeur, the same criteria set out in this section will be applied.

Can I change the date of my reservation?

Date booking modifications are accepted only within the 72h after the confirmation booking receipt and always when it still remains more than 15 days for the check-in date. In no case delaying the check-in date will be accepted nor keeping the money for future reservations.

In case you want to change your dates, and always if the house is available, we can offer you to move the booking dates. In case there is no availability or it does not work for the client, the booking will be considered as cancelled.

If you want to cancel your booking within the 72h after having received the booking confirmation email, you will receive 100% of the down payment.

For minor changes such as including animals, adding people, cots and other extra services, please contact us directly and we will modify the reservation.

General questions about the house:

What will we find in the house?

The house has the necessary utensils for the people who occupy it. If at the moment of your arrival you notice that something is missing (glasses, plates, ...) you have to communicate it. Also, if during your stay something is broken you must report it and, eventually, you will be responsible for replacing it.

Our house is rented as a whole, that is, we rent the complete house. It is necessary that you bring all the food and personal hygiene products. Punctually we can leave basic food such as salt, oil, etc. There is also a cleaning kit that includes the minimum necessary to start the stay (garbage bag, matches, dishwasher soap, cleaning cloth ...). Complimentary shower gel and shampoo are included.

Are there wine glasses in the house?

We have hard plastic glasses and some glass ones. Please replace them in case of breakage.

When can we use the pool?

The pool is open during the hot months. Bathing is not allowed after 10pm.

How do we have to leave the house when leaving?

Upon departure, you must leave the house tidy and presentable. This includes, more or less, that the dishes must be clean and placed in their place, the fridge must be free of food residues and the rubbish must be emptied. If you don’t leave the house in the aforementioned condition, we reserve the right to cover any extra cleaning costs through the deposit.

How should we behave in the house?

You have to keep in mind that the house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, you have to respect the neighbours and the rules of the Community of Owners to which the accommodation belongs. In case of negligence or inappropriate behavior we reserve the right to cancel the rental with immediate effect and without prior notice.

In this case we are not obliged to refund the amount of rent paid by the client. For the well-being of the neighbours, it is not allowed to do "disco" parties, to bring music devices, to place speakers, or to play music outside.

What can we do in the house and its surroundings?

We are in love with the area and we know it very well. In the surroundings of the house there are many different activities. In the "Environment & Activities" section of the house you will find the closest places we recommend.

Doubts about check-in and check-out:

At what time can we get there and at what time do we have to leave?

House check-in time is from 5pm to 7pm. It is necessary that you call us directly to let us know the time of arrival so that we can be waiting for you at the house at the agreed time and have everything ready.

Departure must be before 11am in case there is an entry the same day. On Sundays and long weekends, you can enjoy a "late check-out", departure until 5pm.

In case you want to enter before or after the established time, consult us and we can try to activate the check-in/check-out remotely. In order to make the distance check-in, we will send you the contract, which need to be signed, and the pending payment details. Once the corresponding bank proof has been received, the distance check-in instructions will be sent so you can go directly to the house.

Other questions:

Do you accept reservations through agencies or tour operators?

We only work with the final user, therefore, we do not accept reservations made through travel agencies or tour operators who add an extra commission to the price advertised on our website or that does not provide us with information about the  final customer since it is to whom we send all the information. This allows us to ensure total transparency with the final customer and with what they will find in our house.
